Sheep are natural grazers. They thrive on the green grass that grows in Springbank’s rich, black soil. Well-managed pastures and local hay, dried at peak growth, provide optimal nutrition for naturally healthy lambs.

Our lamb is processed at its optimal level of finish at a provincially licensed and inspected facility. After being professionally butchered and wrapped, it is frozen to preserve freshness.  With Rafter 1, you can be confident that you will receive the finest and freshest lamb available.
